These terms govern your use of aquatichorizons.net, operated by Aquatic Horizons LLC. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Paying an invoice is additionally governed by the payment portal terms of use.
What this site is
It describes what we install and service, and it lets existing customers pay an invoice. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a shop: nothing here can be bought by clicking, and sending the contact form does not create a contract.
Prices, descriptions and estimates
Published prices — including the monthly water quality service rate and any fee shown with it — describe our current standard offering and can change. Product descriptions and photographs are illustrative; the specification of what you buy is the one in your written estimate. An estimate is an offer from us on the scope, price and expiry it states, and work is governed by that estimate and any service agreement, not by this page. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
Endless Pools
Endless Pools® is a trademark of its owner. Aquatic Horizons LLC is an independent specialist that designs, installs and services those systems; we are not the manufacturer, and we do not speak for it. Manufacturer warranties are given by the manufacturer on its own terms.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it abusively, submit someone else's personal information without their knowledge, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may block access that does any of that.
Our content
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Aquatic Horizons LLC or are used with permission. You are welcome to quote a passage with a link back. Republishing pages wholesale, or reusing our photographs commercially, needs our written permission first.
Third-party services and links
The site depends on Stripe, Intuit QuickBooks Online, Brevo, Google Analytics and our host, and it links to sites we do not control. Their terms apply to their part, and a link is not an endorsement.
Availability
We aim to keep the site and the payment portal up, but both are provided as-available. We may take either down for maintenance, security or a provider outage without notice.
Accuracy, and what we do not promise
We keep the site accurate and current as best we can, and it may still contain errors or become out of date. Nothing here is professional advice about your specific property, and site conditions, permitting and local codes vary — get advice for your situation before relying on anything published here.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aquatic Horizons LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including loss caused by errors in published content, unavailability, or reliance on information here rather than on a written estimate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and nothing here affects your rights under any contract you have signed with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes about the site belong to the state or federal courts serving Alachua County, Florida. A signed agreement with its own dispute terms takes precedence over this paragraph.
Changes
We may revise these terms; the date above shows when. Continuing to use the site after a revision means accepting it.
