Aquatic Horizons

Online Payment Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you use the Aquatic Horizons online payment portal, we collect the invoice number, billing email address, payment amount, payment method category, transaction status, and identifiers needed to reconcile the payment. Stripe collects and processes card or bank-account details directly; Aquatic Horizons does not store full card or bank credentials.

How we use information

We use this information to locate your invoice, process and document your payment, apply it in QuickBooks Online, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet accounting and legal obligations.

Service providers

We share information as needed with Stripe for payment processing, Intuit QuickBooks Online for invoice and accounting records, and our website and email providers for secure operation and support. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy terms. We do not sell information collected through this payment portal.

Retention and security

Transaction and accounting records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business, tax, dispute, security, and legal purposes. We use access controls, encryption, and reputable payment providers, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may pay through another method offered by Aquatic Horizons instead of using the online portal. To ask about information connected with a payment, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact page.

Children and changes

This business payment portal is not directed to children. We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change; the current version will remain available on this page.

Autopay and estimate records

If you enroll in autopay or accept an estimate, we retain your authorization text, acceptance name and time, transaction references, and a Stripe payment-method identifier. Stripe—not Aquatic Horizons—stores the underlying card or bank credentials. We use these records to administer recurring payments, document estimate acceptance, and maintain an accounting audit trail.
